With summer break right around the corner, it's time to start thinking about getting signed up for the summer food program! If you have a student who qualifies for FREE/REDUCED meals, please sign up for the entire summer. We will be running the summer food program from June 1st-July31st. All meals must be picked up at the school from 11:00- 11:30, Monday through Thursday, at the Southwest Elementary Doors. Please call the main office at 308-697-3322 by 9:00 am if you can't pick the meal up for the day. Please ask your student for their lunch number, if they can't remember, you call the main office. Cambridge musicians had a successful day at the District Music Competition at Chase Co. Schools! Every student received positive comments from judges with all entries receiving superior or excellent scores. The High School Choir received a Superior PLUS (top ratings from all three judges) and the Mixed Quartet of Micah Gerlach, Jensyn Weiss, Irmina Cramer and Graham Shoemaker received an honorable mention from their judge as being one of the top performances in their category. #TrojanWay

The City of Cambridge and the 6th grade class partnered up for the Arbor Day 2026 Tree Planting. #TrojanWay

The Cambridge 6th grade got to partner with the City of Cambridge once again for the annual Arbor Day tree planting ceremony at the park. Thank you to the city employees and McKinley Park Board for giving our students the opportunity to take ownership in part of their community! #TrojanWay

The Cambridge 6th-grade class will participate in the annual Arbor Day Tree Planting ceremony at the park on Friday. Students, please remember to bring a drink or a water bottle to fill. Lunch is being provided.

Some of the 3rd grade girls cashed in their #TrojanWay Trojan Bucks for play certificates. They are taking advantage of the beautiful temperature to drive the Sphero RVR cars outside during recess. Thank you to our donors who helped us purchase these great educational items!

Cambridge Public School's has a year-end schedule change. The final day of the school year will be Friday, May 15th. The only regularly scheduled calendar event this change will effect is Elementary Field Day; field day will now be on 5/12/26. All other events will continue as scheduled.

Cambridge Junior High Girls win the team Championship with 130pts at Arapahoe.  The boys team finishes 4th with 54pts.
