Summer Weights will kick off Monday, June 2nd and run Monday through Thursday each week. We will observe a moratorium the week of June 30th—no weights that week. PEP RALLY for the State Track and Golf Qualifiers!!! Thursday, May 22 at 8:00 am in the High School Gym
Micah shot an 80 today at Districts which secured 5th place and qualified him for the State golf meet!
Congrats to Krayton Ruggles and Colton Perks for joining the 1,000lb Club on our final max-out of the year!
Krayton Ruggles totaled 1,005 lbs:
Squat – 585
Bench – 205
Hang Clean – 215
Colton Perks also hit 1,005 lbs:
Squat – 515
Bench – 245
Hang Clean – 245
Both athletes increased their totals by 115 lbs since Qtr 3, showing the results of consistent work and commitment. Proud of these guys for raising the standard in the weight room! ~ Coach Rice
